[URGENT] TESTING & COMMISSIONING MANAGER

• Manage the end-to-end commissioning process, including commissioning trackers, workshops, technical design reviews, commissioning strategies, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), project close-out, and handover activities.
• Review detailed designs, basis of design documents, system sequences of operation, and vendor test scripts.
• Develop tailored Testing & Commissioning plans for Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Heat Load Testing (HLT).
• Review submitted test scripts and coordinate with Commissioning Agents to ensure timely approvals.
• Lead Testing & Commissioning meetings and ensure vendors complete all required deliverables and submissions.
• Prepare and manage commissioning execution plans in accordance with data centre requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor testing and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and continuously improve safety, quality, testing, and commissioning standards and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor safety, QA/QC compliance, construction progress, and commissioning readiness.
• Provide regular updates to management on commissioning progress, outstanding issues, KPIs, and quality performance.
• Manage commissioning meetings and incorporate lessons learned into project delivery processes.
• Take responsibility for commissioning safety, scope, schedule, budget, and overall performance.
• Prepare and submit final IST reports upon successful completion, where applicable.
• Support compliance with Uptime Institute requirements and TCCF certification objectives, where applicable.
• Coordinate with the Project Team on project handover following successful IST completion.
• Report project risks, issues, and status updates through internal and external reporting channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 6–8 years of testing and commissioning experience, preferably in data centres, MEP, industrial, or power projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial commissioning role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, fire protection, BMS, PLC/SCADA, and integrated systems testing.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, including IEEE, IEC, ISO, and NFPA.
