We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team for a school-based position in the 34759 zip code area.

Position Overview

The RBT will provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to a student in a school setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to implementing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in a school environment.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.

Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Assist students in developing communication, social, and functional skills.

Collaborate professionally with teachers, school staff, caregivers, and the supervising BCBA.

Complete accurate and timely session notes and required documentation.

Participate in ongoing supervision and training.

Maintain client confidentiality and follow BACB ethical standards.

Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in attendance.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience providing ABA services preferred.

School-based ABA experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently while following BCBA supervision and guidance.

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Reliable transportation to the assigned school location.

Ability to complete required background screenings and school clearance procedures.

Compensation & Benefits
