- Background in logistics and warehousing
- Prepare GRN, STN, invoices in ERP, generate delivery challans, manage data/MIS, coordinate with vendors and customers, support daily operations
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare GRN & STN
- Preparing Invoice in ERP
- Generating delivery challan for all the inward & outward material
- Management of data / MIS in excel
- Timely data collection form all vendors
- Data entry of inward & outward material, WMS & TMS transactions
- Carrying out transactions in the software system in the stipulated time.
- Support in day-to-day ops in floor
- Coordination with customer, vendors, internal stake holder
- Sharing Daily attendance with the HR
