Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) domain and be available for immediate joining.

The candidate should have experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance backend applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and implement API Gateway solutions.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication.
• Use Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practices.

Mandatory Domain Experience

• Experience developing or integrating technology solutions for lending or loan management platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing and deploying microservices-based applications.
• Mandatory LOS and LMS domain experience.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
• Must be available for an interview today or tomorrow.
• Willingness to work from the Seawoods, Navi Mumbai location.
