Urologist

Solomon Page is seeking a General Urologist to join an established urology practice at a 360-bed nonprofit medical center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Located near Lake Michigan, the hospital provides tertiary medical, surgical, emergency, and specialty care through an integrated regional network. This recruitment supports the expansion of a urology service line with plans to grow from its current physician and APP base to four urologists and four APPs. The incoming physician will have immediate access to a substantial referral network of employed primary care physicians, community providers, and hospital-based services. The practice offers a broad general urology scope, strong support staff presence, advanced surgical technology, and flexibility to develop an area of clinical interest. • Two-year guaranteed base salary of up to the 75th percentile, based on experience, plus an attractive RVU-based productivity incentive
• Sign-on bonus, CME stipend, and relocation assistance up to $45,000

Responsibilities:

• Broad general urology practice serving a large patient population with a robust, integrated referral network.
• Case mix includes BPH, stone disease, prostate and renal cancers, overactive bladder, incontinence, and general urologic conditions
• Advanced Technology Access: Two Robotic Platforms (XI and DV5), Aquablation, Thulium and Holmium lasers, urodynamics, and disposable cystoscopes.
• 36-hour work week with dedicated surgical times
• Half-day of administrative time
• Optional outreach and teaching opportunities
• Approximately 1:4 call, with locum support and an APP first-call model in development
• Planned expansion to four urologists and four APPs

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure and hospital credentialing
• Able to provide care across outpatient, surgical, inpatient, and consultative settings
