𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Urology Advisor

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced urologists to serve as Urology Advisors. This role is ideal for physicians with firsthand experience in men's health, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stone disease, urinary incontinence, urologic oncology, female pelvic medicine, robotic surgery, minimally invasive procedures, digital health, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation.

As a Urology Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insight to help Fruit Street Health evaluate new product opportunities, improve virtual care programs, enhance patient engagement, and expand innovative digital health solutions relevant to urology and chronic disease management. This is a flexible, remote advisory opportunity for urologists who are passionate about improving patient care through technology and innovation.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on digital health initiatives related to urology, men's health, urinary disorders, kidney stone prevention, pelvic health, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, and related areas.

• Support Fruit Street Health in evaluating new clinical programs, technology initiatives, physician workflows, patient engagement strategies, and opportunities to improve care delivery through virtual care.

• Advise leadership on urology clinical workflows, patient care pathways, quality improvement initiatives, digital health adoption, and product development when appropriate.

• Offer relevant introductions, specialty expertise, and industry insight across urology practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, academic medicine, digital health companies, and healthcare innovation networks.

• Participate in periodic advisory discussions and provide practical recommendations based on your clinical and operational experience.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• MD or DO with experience practicing urology.

• Board certification or board eligibility in urology preferred.

• Experience in men's health, benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stone disease, urinary incontinence, urologic oncology, robotic surgery, minimally invasive procedures, pelvic health, digital health, healthcare AI, telemedicine, healthcare innovation, or clinical leadership preferred.

• Strong understanding of urology workflows, patient care pathways, physician adoption, healthcare technology implementation, and real-world barriers to digital health adoption.

• Ability to commit approximately 2–4 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.

This Urology Advisor role offers the opportunity to receive equity compensation based on contributions and level of involvement with Fruit Street Health. Advisors may also have opportunities to collaborate on strategic initiatives, product development, clinical innovation, research, and future company growth.
