Role Objective:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and support timely month-end closing.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns.
• Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, chart of accounts, controlling accounts, account finalization, FX transactions, receivables, and payables.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting concepts and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
