Job Title: Senior Executive Accounting & Payroll (US Staffing)

Experience: 3–8 Years (Preferably in US Staffing Industry)

Shift: US Shift / Overlap with US Time Zones

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks
• Set up, maintain, and optimize company files in QuickBooks
• Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheets and resolve discrepancies
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
• Assist with tax preparation by coordinating with CPAs or tax advisors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations
• Provide financial reports and insights to management
• Support audits and financial reviews as required

Excel & Financial Analysis

• Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and logical functions
• Create budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models
• Import, clean, and analyze financial data from QuickBooks into Excel
• Develop dashboards and management reports
• Automate recurring reports where possible
• Download data from quick books and various client portals and create reconciliation reports for management on a weekly basis.
