US Accounting

Role & responsibilities:

• Invoicing, Recording all transactions
• Book keeping in Quickbooks & M3
• Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs.
• Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Card Transactions
• US Tax Complianes inculding Payroll
• Financial Reporting.
• Support in the month-end period close
• Support in annual financial audits
• Follow our company's established accounting processes.
• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as required.
• ADHOC projects in support of the accounting department

Preferred candidate profile:

• Having sound knowledge in Accounting Aspects/Principles
• Should be a Commerce Background
