Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes from invoicing to payment.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy by recording journal entries accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in US accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Quick Books or Xero software; knowledge of other accounting software a plus.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including bank reconciliation procedures.
• Experience with payables/receivables management, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
