Job Title: US Accountants Receivable

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and outstanding balance follow-ups.
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform bank, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing or payment-related issues.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy in all accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
