Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)
Shift Timings: 10 PM to 7 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Remote US IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients in the United States. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to US-based users
• Troubleshoot issues remotely via tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RMM
• Assist with Active Directory, VPNs, and email setups (O365, G-Suite)
• Monitor systems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international IT support
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools, Windows servers, and SaaS platforms
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira
• Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
