About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and financial reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process vendor invoices and customer billing
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll tax requirements
• Support tax compliance and documentation
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online – REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
