• Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
• Age: 18–35 Years
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good spoken English and communication skills are required
• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customers through voice and chat support
• Understand and resolve customer inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Follow established processes and quality standards
