(US CLIENT) Online Support Representative Technical

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically inclined Online Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and troubleshooting through online communication channels. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills and can provide timely, effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers through live chat, email, and other online support channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues involving products, software, applications, or services.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate technical team when necessary.
• Follow established support procedures and maintain service quality standards.
• Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and response-time targets.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; college-level or college graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in technical support, chat support, billing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong written English communication and typing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, if required.
