About the Role

Empire is seeking a reliable and professional U.S.-based representative to support payment operations, client onboarding, and account administration for our business clients.

This flexible remote position involves monitoring transactions, coordinating with payment processing partners, assisting with account verification, and handling routine operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor payment transactions and account activity.
• Review unusual transactions, payment declines, disputes, and account alerts.
• Assist with transaction verification and payment reconciliation.
• Coordinate client onboarding and required documentation.
• Communicate with payment processors, including Stripe and similar financial technology providers.
• Serve as an authorized operational representative on approved platforms, where permitted.
• Assist with account verification, administrative requests, and compliance-related follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications.
• Escalate suspicious transactions or significant account issues to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related matters.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online business platforms.
• Professional, organized, dependable, and responsive.
• Able to handle confidential business information securely.
• Available for occasional coordination during U.S. business hours.
• Experience in customer support, payment operations, fintech, or administration is preferred but not required.

Platform Access & Representative Verification

As part of the role, the selected candidate may be appointed as an authorized operational representative on approved payment and financial-service platforms.

Certain providers require representatives to complete identity verification before granting access. Verification will be completed directly through the provider's official secure portal.

Representative appointments must accurately reflect the candidate's actual responsibilities and authority. Business ownership and legally required control roles remain with the appropriate individuals.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity with a limited workload and occasional coordination during U.S. business hours.

Compensation is $25.00 per hour, paid weekly based on hours worked.

Required onboarding, training, and assigned account setup activities are compensated.
