  • Maintain accurate investor and account data within internal systems, including Salesforce and other operational platforms.

  • Partner with Product Specialists, the Closing Team, Operations, Compliance, Fund Administration, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of investor and advisor requests.

  • Communicate proactively regarding account status, outstanding requirements, operational updates, and processing timelines.

  • Monitor work queues and operational workflows to ensure requests are completed accurately and within established service levels.

  • Assist with quality control reviews, reporting, and operational initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.

  • Participate in departmental projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support the distribution of investor communications related to tax reporting, including annual tax documents and other required investor notices.

Revised Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client service, operations, transfer agency, account administration, financial services, or investment management.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
