US Dispatch Executive

Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing truck drivers, assigning loads, and staying in touch with US clients to make sure deliveries run smoothly.

• Location: Sabzazar near Orange Line Station, Lahore
• Timings: Night Shift (Mon–Fri) 04:30 pm to 02:00 am
• Salary: Competitive / Negotiable (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & dispatch drivers and vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and shipments.
• Plan routes, assign loads & track vehicles using GPS/dispatch systems.
• Communicate with drivers, clients & teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipments & ETAs and report delays or incidents promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain accurate dispatch, fuel, maintenance & delivery records.
• Coordinate with Logistics & Operations for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ensure safety, policy & regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple tasks & emergencies efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, trucking, or transport.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, load management & logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Basic computer skills; dispatch software/GPS/load-board experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask & make quick decisions.
• Flexible for evening, night & weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Valid local driving license (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
