Shah Equity is an AI-native venture studio and proprietary trading desk in HITEC City. You trade US equity markets on the firm's capital, backed by structured training, performance analytics and AI-driven tooling. We treat trading as a discipline, not a gamble.

What you'll trade

• High-frequency execution on E*TRADE and Fidelity — fast, high-volume intraday scalping with tight, rules-based execution.
• Intraday on IBKR and other US brokers — momentum, breakouts and liquidity setups on US equities.
• All trading runs on US Eastern Time market sessions.

How you think — this is what we actually screen for

• You trade expectancy, not win rate. A 40% win rate can be highly profitable, and an 80% win rate can quietly bleed an account.
• Survival first. You size every trade so a losing streak can't end your career. A blown account cannot compound.
• You cut losers fast and let winners run — the opposite of what fear tells most people to do.
• Rules over emotion. Stops, daily drawdown limits and position size are pre-committed, so panic never gets a vote.
• You read order flow and market microstructure — what price is doing, not just where it is.

Bonus points

• Live US-broker track record (IBKR / E*TRADE / Fidelity)
• Familiarity with Kelly / half-Kelly bet sizing
• Comfort in high-volume, low-latency intraday environments
• A journal. Serious traders keep records.
