US GAAP高级会计师

• Conduct daily US GAAP conversion and consolidation work for the Group and its subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP requirements.
• Handle ongoing communication and data/financial reporting submissions with US shareholders at the operational level.
• Research US GAAP, and assist in formulating the Group's relevant US GAAP accounting policies and treatment rules.
• Lead the automatic reconciliation and conversion of the Group's Chinese and US general ledger systems, resolving issues arising during daily system interfacing.
• Participate in month-end closing under Chinese Accounting Standards and other accounting tasks. Qualifications
• Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in English, Finance, Accounting, Insurance or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of financial work experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in US GAAP accounting.
• Professional qualifications such as AICPA, CPA, or Intermediate Accountant certification are preferred.
• IELTS score of 7 or TEM-8 level, English can serve as a working language.
• Proficient in US GAAP and conversion between Chinese and US accounting standards.
• Basic understanding of investment, property & casualty, or life insurance operations, finance, and related fundamental workflows is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office software and skilled in operating Oracle financial software.
