Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive / Senior Executive with dedicated experience in the US Staffing industry . In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) , consultant support, client-site performance issues, and workplace compliance for our US and Canada-based contingent workforce (W2, C2C, 1099) and internal team members.

Note: This role strictly requires prior experience handling Employee Relations within US Staffing operations. Candidates whose experience is limited solely to onboarding, pre-employment screening, or basic HR coordination will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• US Staffing Employee Relations & Issue Resolution:
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for US/Canada-based consultants, contractors, and W2 employees across various client locations.
• Handle day-to-day employee grievances, payroll/timesheet escalations, project roll-offs, performance feedback, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and early project terminations in alignment with account managers and client expectations.
• Client & Account Partnering:
• Work closely with US Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Implementation Partners to address candidate retention risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Facilitate smooth communication between consultants and client managers to ensure high assignment completion rates.
• US Labor Law Compliance & Policies:
• Maintain comprehensive case logs, documentation, and compliance records for all employee relations inquiries and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with US employment practices (at-will employment, state-specific labor regulations, harassment protocols) across various states.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• US Staffing Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in US HR & Employee Relations specifically within a US Staffing / IT Recruitment firm .
• Workforce Dynamics: In-depth familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas (H-1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen), and contractor management.
• Exclusions: Candidates with background restricted only to Onboarding, Offboarding, or documentation coordination are not suitable .
• Location & Hybrid Model: Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR (or open to relocating) who can work from the office for at least 1 week per month .
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (15 days or less) will be prioritized.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for interfacing with US candidates, client managers, and internal leadership.
