Role & responsibilities :

• Experience in HR Operations supporting the US workforce.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Exposure to HR legal and compliance practices for US and Canada
• Experience in payroll coordination, timesheet validation, and leave reconciliation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in US overlapping business hours
