Job Description:
Job type: Permanent/Full-Time
Work type: 5day Work from Office
Work location: Sector 62, Noida
Interview type: 1st round Teams Virtual, 2nd round(Final) Face2Face
Cab Details: 2 Way facility (15 to 16KMs Radius)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM(US Night Shift)
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
- 2-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee engagement or related field (Human Resource Executive/Manager/Officer).
- Strong understanding of HRMS systems and ability to manage employee data effectively.
- Good Experience in Talent Acquisition in US Staffing background
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of other software applications such as applicant tracking systems is an added advantage.
