U.S. Immigration Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a U.S. Immigration Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this remote role, you will own the domestic immigration program and serve as the central partner for stakeholders across the organization. You will help ensure immigration processes are handled accurately and on time, while also driving improvements that strengthen service quality and consistency. This position requires close coordination with legal counsel, internal teams, and government agencies to support a compliant and inclusive immigration strategy.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $183,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the domestic immigration program and serve as the primary point of contact
• Oversee timely and accurate processing of immigration filings with counsel
• Liaise with stakeholders to create an inclusive immigration strategy
• Monitor and improve the immigration process for better service
• Lead transformation of immigration practices across the company
• Provide strategic consultation on immigration matters to stakeholders
• Communicate with the Department of Homeland Security regarding audits and requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of immigration experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with high volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and Green Card processes
• Strong knowledge of US employment-based immigration
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality control focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
