Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed audits of client setup configurations including payroll, taxes, benefits, HRIS

settings, workers compensation, and reporting structures.

• Validate accuracy of demographic data, pay groups, earnings/deductions, accruals, direct deposit, and tax jurisdictions.
• Conduct document reviews (service agreements, onboarding forms, client questionnaires, employee data files).
• Serve as the final checkpoint before client go-live, verifying that all onboarding tasks are complete
• Partner with Implementation Consultants to resolve discrepancies, identify missing information, and ensure readiness for first payroll processing.
• Support QA testing processes, including running test payrolls, verifying calculations, and checking system workflows.
• Monitor implementation milestones to ensure quality is maintained throughout the onboarding timeline.
