What they need
Role & responsibilities
5 years of insurance broking experience, with strong competencies in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and/or Employee Benefits.
Deep knowledge of US regulatory requirements, documentation, evidence of coverage, ACORD forms, and servicing workflows.
Experience supporting transitions, migrations, or multiregion standardization programs. US insurance broking processes, including Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and Employee Benefits (EB), along with complex case handling, quality audits, escalations, and process improvement.
