US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

· As a Bench Sales Lead with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies.

· Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants.

· Handling Ten Members of team.

· Support our team during walk-ins at the client end.

· Encouraging team to complete the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets of the company.

· Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants.

· Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.

· Set up interviews and close candidates for various positions.

· Process candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.

· Maintain the Data base of the profiles Screened and submitted.

· Submitting, scheduling interviews, follow-up with vendors, negotiations of offers.

· Excellent record of accomplishment in all positions held.

· Having the resumes of my candidates updates as and when required based on the requirement.

· An articulate, positive representative for accompany and its Business mission.

· Submitting the Profiles to the Concern Lead or Client Manager.

· Making follow-ups with different vendors for previously submitted positions.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
