Strong knowledge of US IT Recruitment, visa types and employment terms.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on job requirements.
Hands-on experience with W2, C2C and other hiring models.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, Monster and Dice
Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with Account Managers and ensure quality and timely submissions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet daily/weekly submission targets.
Excellent communication and candidate sourcing skills.
