US IT Lead Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing profiles, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and manage the interview schedule to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ATS) and interview coordination tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Experience in sourcing profiles from various sources such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals.
