US IT Recruiter

About the role-

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Recruiter with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the US Staffing domain, specifically within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across the United States.

Key Responsibility-

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across the US market.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), ATS platforms, social media, and direct networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, work authorization, and cultural fit.
• Understand and work with various employment types including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 contracts.
• Coordinate and negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and salaries with candidates and hiring managers.
• Submit qualified profiles to clients within specified turnaround times and track submission-to-placement ratios.
• Maintain and update candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on US labor market trends, engineering industry developments, and visa/work authorization regulations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
