US IT Recruiter

Role : US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales - Freshers

Location : MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam

Shift Timings : Complete Night shift

• Understand client requirements for IT positions in the US market
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate salary/rate and ensure candidate acceptance
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies and documentation
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or bench sales (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates' progress.
