Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM window, any 9-hour shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the US tech hiring market, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and legal work status (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, EAD, etc.).
• Submit qualified candidate profiles to account managers or clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate compensation rates and assist throughout the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche IT skill sets.
• Maintain complete candidate databases and recruiter trackers using ATS/CRM tools.
• Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of US IT terminology, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
• Strong negotiation, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and ATS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
• Freshers with exceptional English communication skills and a strong desire to learn US IT recruitment are welcome to apply.
