3–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong W2 recruitment experience
Proven experience working with direct clients
Experience supporting Fortune 500 / enterprise clients such as **Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, IBM, or similar organizations
Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS environments
Strong sourcing, screening, submission, and candidate management skills
Direct client experience is mandatory — candidates with only third-party/layered vendor experience will not be considered
**Bench Sales and Non-IT Recruiter profiles are not eligible
Must be willing to work onsite from Film Nagar, Hyderabad
