US IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as Dice, Ceipal, and other job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using tools like Dice, Ceipal, etc. for sourcing and screening purposes.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination.
