Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time/FTE requirements.
• Handle candidates across W2, C2C, 1099, and other US staffing models.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorisation.
• Understand and evaluate common US work authorizations such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT/CPT, etc.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and work authorisation.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and ability to interpret technical job descriptions.
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.
