US IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end US IT recruitment function for internal hiring.
• Define, implement, and refine recruiting strategies to attract top talent for niche IT roles in the US.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and adherence to hiring SLAs.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and team performance.
• Maintain compliance with US hiring policies, documentation, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of US IT recruitment experience in an IT Service based/in-house recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC), and job boards.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring across various tech domains.
• Comfortable working in a US shift time zone
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment reporting.
