Job Description:

Palni Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in US IT Staffing, Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Recruitment, and Direct Client Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT consultants for US-based requirements and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, qualify, and submit IT professionals for US client requirements.
• Handle Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment and consultant hiring.
• Work on Direct Client and TCS C2C requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Recruit candidates with valid US work authorization, including H1B and EAD.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, vendors, and clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely submissions and successful closures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
• Strong experience in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment.
• Experience working with Direct Clients.
• Experience handling TCS C2C requirements.
• Previous TCS experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization categories.
• Experience with LinkedIn and major US job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
