US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct clients and implementation partners.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring priorities, and ensure timely delivery against expectations.
• Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide regular hiring updates.
• Lead a small team of recruiters and mentor junior team members.
• Drive sourcing strategy and ensure quality submissions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and client expectations.
• Ensure SLA adherence and consistent delivery.
• Track team performance and support hiring goals.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-time hiring.
• A Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering.
• Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
