Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and client submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Understand US work authorization categories such as H1B, Green Card, EAD, and US Citizens.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely submissions.
• Work toward daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Goal-oriented and team-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in the US night shift.
