US IT Recruiter

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct
• initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
• Negotiate offers and assist in successful candidate closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
• Stay updated with the latest US IT technologies and hiring trends.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
