Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through direct client relationships, job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from initial screening to offer acceptance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes and salary negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement rates.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.
• Strong understanding of W2/H1B visa sponsorship procedures and regulations.
• Proven track record in direct client management with excellent communication skills.
