Location: Madhapur / Hitech City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite 5 Days a Week

Timing: 6:00 PM IST 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift) 9am to 5pm EST

Experience: 4+ Years

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters who have strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring.

We are looking for recruiters who are confident, energetic, good at communication, and have a proven record of successful placements.

What You Will Do:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
• Work mainly on W2 requirements.
• Speak with candidates and understand their skills, experience, visa status, and job expectations.
• Submit suitable candidates to open requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Negotiate pay rates and offers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates until placement and onboarding.
• Work closely with the recruiting teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with W2 hiring.
• Must have actively worked in Linkedin for the duration of the experience mentioned.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good candidate screening skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Proven placement record is required.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in the Madhapur / Hitech City area.
• Must be comfortable working the US night shift.
