Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our fastpaced and dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience in the US Staffing Industry and the ability to independently manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete endtoend US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for US IT requirements
• Work with System Integrator (SI) clients across the US
• Handle requirements on W2, C2C, and 1099
• Coordinate interviews, followups, and closures
• Maintain candidate pipeline using ATS and job portals
• Ensure timely submissions and closures while meeting quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms: W2, C2C, 1099
• Solid knowledge of US Visa Types: H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.
• Prior experience working with SI clients such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.
• Handson experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and email etiquette)
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
• Graduate in any discipline (IT/Technical background preferred)
