Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and contract positions.
Use LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals for sourcing.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Verify work authorization, location, availability, and rates.
Maintain candidate pipeline and meet daily/weekly targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Good understanding of the US staffing process and work authorizations.
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Experience with VMS/MSP requirements is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
