Position: US IT Recruiter
Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US time zones)
Experience: 6 Months to 4+ Years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 Months to 4+ Years of US IT recruitment (6 Months with strong interest may also apply)
• Strong knowledge of US hiring practices & IT job roles
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
