US IT Recruiter

• End-to-end US IT recruitment experience with hands-on exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
• Strong experience in sourcing profiles using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring models.
• Expertise in screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with clients.
• Experience working with direct clients, system integrators, and implementation partners.
• Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders in the US market.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience maintaining ATS and recruitment reports.
