Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C or W2).
• Strong understanding of US staffing industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salary packages and benefits.
