Salary: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | US Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Cab: One-Way Drop Facility
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT & Non-IT requirements.
• Conduct candidate calls and initial screening.
• Handle cold calling and candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Freshers with 0–1 year experience can apply.
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to work in a US night shift.
• Interest in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
