Us It Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing process, sourcing techniques, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and location.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.

Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Good understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.

Knowledge of US work authorization types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.

Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Business Analysis.

Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
