2 - 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring models.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate rates/salary with candidates.
Knowledge of US time zones and work authorization types.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet daily/monthly recruitment targets.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
